  • Ingredients

    • 2 cups cooked brown rice
    • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 2 small apples, diced
    • 1/2 cup green onion, diced
    • 2 stalks celery, diced
    • 5 regular or 10 small plums, chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

    Instructions

    1) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
    2) Refrigerate for 1 or more hours
    3) Enjoy over a bed of lettuce
