  • Ingredients

    • 2 cups brown rice
    • 5 cups frozen broccoli Normandy
    • 2 1/2 cups water
    • 2 Tbsp tamari
    • 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
    • 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
    • 1/2 Tbsp Better than Bouillon veggie
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder

    Instructions

    1) Place all ingredients in an instant pot, and incorporate
    2) Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes, slow release for 10 minutes
    3) Enjoy with the condiment of your choice or just the way it is
