It's the peak of summer here in the States, and there isn't anything better than ice cream's sweet, refreshing taste. Before we ate in the style of WFPB, we ate ice cream almost every night (especially Terry, who loves ice cream)! Now that we are WFPB, did we give up ice cream? Absolutely not! We have discovered something called "nice cream," which is delicious. You can flavor it any way you like, which is excellent. In this rendition, we have flavored the ice cream to be cherry flavored. So, if that sounds good, try some out for yourself! It's quick, easy to make, and just as delicious as regular ice cream.
