1. Introduction
This Refund Policy shall be applicable when you make any purchases or avail the subscription on place orders on ‘Plant Based Love – Publisher Web App’ available on the Desktop (“Web App”), managed by Plant Based Love, a NSW based proprietary limited company.
In this Policy, the Publishers/organizations who register on our Web App are referred to as “you” or “your”, and Plant Based Love. is referred to as the “Plant Based Love” or “Company” or “we” or “us”.
Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Plant Based Love. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our subscriptions.
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Subscription Agreement and our Privacy Policy statement.
2. Acceptance of this Policy
By subscribing to one of our subscription plans to use the Services of our Web App, you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy and our Subscription Agreement as available on the Web App, and as updated from time to time.
3. Service Description
Service: Plant Based Love offers various features and functionalities on the Web App. For example, services for creating various forms, sharing of forms with the Applicants/Customers, viewing the responses and processing the applications, sending notifications and alerts to the Applicants/Customers, etc. When you purchase one of our Subscription plans, then depending upon the plan that you purchase, you will be provided with a license to one or more of the features and functionalities available on the Web App on a limited license basis.
Plans: We presently have three subscription plans: i) Meal plan of your choice ($5.99/month) ii) Recipes – ($3.99/month), and iii) Recipes and meal plan – ($7.99/month).
Description: We use our best endeavor to provide accurate and materially complete descriptions of all the Services. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We reserve the right to make changes to correct any errors without any notice.
4. Cancel At Any Time
To access varioPaid plans are subscriptions that auto-renew by default. You can cancel auto-renew at any time to cancel your subscription. You can also delete your account entirely. Canceling auto-renew prevents your payment method from being charged at your next billing date. Your current subscription (the time you already paid for) isn’t affected, so you’ll continue to be able to access and benefit from paid features until your next billing date.
5. No Refunds
your subscription shall become final, and the same cannot be refunded under any circumstance or for any reason whatsoever. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time, but the same will terminate only at the end of your current billing cycle. 6. Reservation of Right
We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to verify your identity for processing your request.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify the prices of our Subscription plans, without any notice. However, if you have already purchased a Subscription plan at an older price, you will continue to enjoy that Subscription plan for its respective duration.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.
7. Updates To This Policy
We may add to or change or update this Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the site after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
