1 cup of raw sunflower seeds or - 1/2 cup of raw sunflower seeds 1/2 cup of raw walnuts
¼ cup of sundried tomatoes
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon tamari
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or a splash of tamari
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
(Note: you can use 1 cup of sunflower seeds or 1 cup of walnuts, you do not need to mix them, do what you enjoy the most)
