Southwest Salad

Looking for something quick to whip up for lunch but don't know what to make? Well, look no further than this delicious Southwest salad! It's delicious, nutritious, and packed with all kinds of yummy food that keeps us satisfied for hours. Give it a try and see how you like it too!

Southwest Salad

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Print Recipe

Ingredients

Lettuce
Peppers
Rice
Corn
Black Beans
Tortilla Strips
Salsa of your choice

Optional Toppings:
Onions
Cilantro
Jalapenos
Mushrooms

Instructions

1. Cut no oil corn tortillas into strips.
2. Place tortilla strips on cooking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Place desired lettuce in a large bowl.
4. Add desired toppings and add-ins, and tortilla chips on top for a great crunch.
5. Enjoy!
