Southwest Salad
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
Lettuce
Peppers
Rice
Corn
Black Beans
Tortilla Strips
Salsa of your choice
Optional Toppings:
Onions
Cilantro
Jalapenos
Mushrooms

Instructions
1. Cut no oil corn tortillas into strips.
2. Place tortilla strips on cooking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Place desired lettuce in a large bowl.
4. Add desired toppings and add-ins, and tortilla chips on top for a great crunch.
5. Enjoy!
