Hello Friends and Family,
Today we did not want to disappoint, so we used the remaining pineapple from our Hawaiian pork lettuce wraps to create another original 2-minute pineapple cake in non-stick muffin holders. Boy they were out of this world and so fast and easy to make. Terry even made some vanilla nice cream to put over the top of his warm pineapple cake.
All we can say is Yum, Yum, Yum!
