One Minute Chocolate Cake

You know that feeling you get when you're hanging out on the couch late one night and you just have this nagging feeling of "I need something sweet"? Trust me, we've all been there. Back before I used to eat WFPB food, I used to go for all kinds of sugary sweets like ice cream and frozen yogurt. And, if you're anything like me, it's really hard to eat that oh so yummy food in moderation. Well, I have what I think is one of the best guilt-free desserts you'll ever have the chance to try. Introducing, the one-minute chocolate cake. That is not hyperbole! It only takes one minute to cook this delicious meal up, and it'll satisfy any of our sweet-tooth fans out there. Go on, give it a try!

One Minute Chocolate Cake

Cooking Time: 1-4 Minutes

Print Recipe

Ingredients

Single Serve:
1/2 banana, mashed
2 Tbsp cocoa (for less chocolate, use 1 Tbs cocoa and 1 Tbs flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 Tbsp plant milk

9 Muffins:
3 Banannas, mashed
3/4 cup cocoa
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp plant milk

Instructions

Single Serve:
1. Mash banana in a mug or small microwave safe bowl.
2. Add all other ingredients, incorporate well.
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute, let sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Enjoy!

9 Muffins:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Place in silicon muffin pan (makes 9 large muffins).
3. Microwave on high for 4 minutes
