Sometimes when you've had a long day at work or don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, you just want to whip up something quick and easy for yourself. That's why we've created the go-to oats & fruit bowl. Whether you're WFPB or not, I'm sure most of you have had some kind of granola or oatmeal bowl before. If that's up your alley, then go ahead and try out this delicious bowl! Best part, you can eat it at any time of the day and it only takes a couple of minutes to make. So what are you waiting for? Go make yourself some yummy oats and fruit!


Go-to Oats & Fruit Bowl
Prep Time: ~5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 1 Minute
Ingredients
1 cup frozen fruit
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp flax seed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 cup plant milk
1 tsp dandelion powder (optional)
Couple drops Stevia (optional)

Instructions
1. Microwave fruit for 1 minute.
2. Add all other ingredients and stir.
3. You can prepare this ahead of time or even the night before, it’s delicious!
