"A chocolate moose? That's a lot of chocolate!". Well, unfortunately we haven't made enough chocolate to fill an entire moose, but we have created a mouse instead! And, you want to hear the craziest part? This recipe uses white beans! Yes, you read that correctly. Now you might be thinking to yourself, "Beans? That doesn't sound like it goes in a mouse!" And, well, at first glance I'd have to agree. However, these beans add a wonderful creamy and thick texture to this amazing dessert. They even come packed with a ton of protein and other great nutrients to make this dessert not only guilt free but a healthy one at that. But don't take my word for it, go ahead and give this mouse a shot! We hope you love it just as much as we do.


Chocolate Mouse
Prep Time: ~5 Minutes
Ingredients
1 cup cooked white beans
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 bannana
3 medjool dates
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 bannana

Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
