Brown Rice & Quinoa Crispy Waffle Bread

Waffles can go with almost anything. We've seen everything chicken and waffles, berries and waffles, eggs and waffles, etc. A waffle is simply the perfect base to go with many meals. They're light, fluffy, and delicious! That's why we've decided to make a waffle of our own. These brown rice and quinoa waffles can serve as a nice base, snack, or side dish for almost any meal.  We really love them with our "lobster" rolls which you can check our here:

Brown Rice & Quinoa Crispy Waffle Bread

Cooking Time: 12-15 Minutes

Print Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of cooked brown rice and quinoa mixture. (See recipe for brown rice and quinoa fluff)
1/4 + 2 Tbsp water

Instructions

1. Place ingredients in high speed blender, blend until waffle like consistency.
2. Place batter in a hot waffle iron and cook for 12 to 15 minutes as all irons vary in temperature.
3. These are crispy, light, and delicious, enjoy!
